Activity 3: Faded Glory
On your blog, list three different ideas or strategies for raising funds to preserve the Great Barrier Reef. What could you do to fundraise here in New Zealand?
I could put up a lemonade stand then send the money to Australia.
I could ask family members for money then send it to Australia.
I could set up a garage sale.

You've come up with some great fundraising ideas. I particularly like the lemonade stand idea - that'd be perfect on these hot summer days we've been having. Do you have a lemon tree at your house that you could make the lemonade out of? My mum and dad have a HUGE lemon tree at there place - we always make lemon meringue pie with the fruit from it, I've never thought about making lemonade. I'll have to do that next time. :)

ReplyDeleteGreat job on completing this activity! I think that your ideas for raising money for the Great Barrier Reef in Australia are great. I would start a Go Fund Me page so that people around the world can help save the reef. Keep up the good work Laki!
